The Body Farm is a place for forensics experts and students to learn more about the process of decaying bodies. VBS.TV has a great three part documentary about the place. I have to warn you though, it is a little graphic.

I love this art piece Boing Boing featured the other day. It’s a perfect example of creative imaging of a normal place.

Am I the only one severely disturbed by this? Like GiggleSugar said, at least he’s announcing it.

These adorable nipple pasties look like they were made for a stripper ready to go on Sesame Street. For more insanely ugly and strange pasties, check out this great post on Craftasrophe.

Good Magazine really impressed me today when they introduced me to the brilliant and hilarious website known as Bad Paintings of Barack Obama.
I’m in love with the one above. Not only is it badly done, but his face and pose make him look like he’s saying “Tee hee, I made a doodie.”

Thanks to the miracle of StumbleUpon, I just ran across this Smashing Magazine article detailing 35 examples of fantastic animal photography. The one above is probably my personal favorite, but they are all stunning. You’re missing out if you don’t click here.

Ladies and Gentlemen, lock up your Asian underage daughters because Woody’s got wood. Ok bad jokes aside, how hilarious is this Woody Allen pin? At a mere $26 it’s not over-priced for the level of craftsmanship and detail put into it.
If they made one of Larry David, I’d have to buy one for my BF on his birthday.

You may or may not know that I love the whole concept of “urban exploring” or searching through abandonded places. Weburbanist seems to be as well, as they are frequent posters of abandoned places. This new collection has some really stunning images from twenty different abandoned sites in Europe. I think my favorite is Cheateau Noisy In Belgium.

I am in love with the idea behind this new website Photochaining. Essentially, the whole point is to get a photocard and add some strange images, then leave the memory card in an envelope instructing the person to upload their favorite image on the site. That person then takes weird images of their own and passes it along to the next person.
As much as I think this is just brilliant, I do have one thing I’d like to say: If you happen to have found a memory card around 4 years ago with all of my Europe photos on it, please send them back to me without erasing them. Wait, that was 4 years ago, at this point, it’s kinda creepy if you haven’t erased them.
